<div>We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Architectural Technician to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience and a strong background in the design, technical development, coordination, and delivery of residential refurbishment projects including high-rise residential buildings.</div>

<div>This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of challenging projects, from complex refurbishment and regeneration schemes to large-scale residential developments.</div>

<div><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Prepare and develop detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Produce coordinated working drawing packages for planning, building regulations, tender, and construction stages.</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Develop technical detailing solutions for residential refurbishment and high-rise residential projects.</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Ensure compliance with current Building Regulations, planning requirements, and relevant British Standards.</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Support project delivery from concept through to completion.</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Participate in site inspections, surveys, and construction reviews.</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Identify and resolve technical and construction-related issues.</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Assist in managing project programmes and deliverables to meet deadlines.</div>

<div><strong>Requirements</strong></div>
<div><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Essential</span></div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Degree, HNC/HND, or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience within the UK construction industry.</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Proven experience working on residential refurbishment projects.</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Strong technical knowledge and experience detailing high-rise residential buildings.</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methods.</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience producing detailed construction and technical drawing packages.</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Strong coordination and communication skills.</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to manage workload effectively and work independently as well as part of a team.</div>

<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;CIAT membership or working towards Chartered status.</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience with Building Safety Act requirements and Gateway submissions.</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Knowledge of fire safety regulations and façade detailing for high-rise residential developments.</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience of BIM processes and common data environments.</div>

<div>We would also consider Architects, Pt 2 qualified looking to attain their Pt 3 in the next 6 months with a good technical knowledge that meet the above requirements.</div>
